Hmmm... I finally I met my favorite meal. Thanks to my forefathers for introducing me to this wonderful delicacy. No Wonder they lived for over a century. Frog is rich in the follow: 1. Rich source of Calcium and iron. 2. Rich source of minerals and protein 3. Cure for cardiovascular related problems. 4. Perfect for pregnant women, especially the babies they carry, keeps the baby kicking, strong and smart. 5. Cures muscle related problems. 6. Natural cure for blood pressure.
