Following the alleged shootings on #EndSARS protesters by Men of the Nigerian Army at the Lagos Lekki Toll Gate on October 20, Commander 81 Military Intelligence Brigade of the Nigerian Army, Brigadier General Ibrahim Taiwo, has said that soldiers only came to the Toll Gate scene after Men of the Nigeria Police Force were overran by hoodlums. He disclosed this on Saturday, November 14, at the Lagos Judicial Panel of Enquiry and Restitution for Victims of the controversial disbanded SARS related abuses and other matters.
