governors don't have a say in what projects oil companies do. They can only support. The gas going to even Togo and Benin republics are paid for

Any other gov’t and i’d agree with you! But we’re talking of Buhari gov’t here, and it bigotry, anti-Igbo stance and wickedness is well known! More so when it’s a Igbo coy we’re talking about.....get on Buharis’ wrong side and there’ll be hell to pay when they open your chapter!

U said Biafra is never coming in a year that the entire world has been brought to its knees by something which nobody has laid eyes on and only China knew was coming.

You are too small to say what will and will not happen in this world.

You don't even know what is coming next year to the area where you live

winterfell007:

Biafra is never coming. Quite deluding yourself. You'll grow old and die and there'll still be no Biafra. Better make peace with Nigeria and seek for ways we can negotiate our stake in the Nigerian polity

WHERE IS THIS LOCATED IN IMO STATE,PLS?
Good question, the Walter Smith modular Refinery and seplat gas plant are all located in my village Awarra court area in Ohaji/Egbema LGA in Imo state, but just take a stroll to these communities and you will weep for the neglect and poverty in our land. These communities are not connected to the national grid and have not seen NEPA light all their lives, no good health care, market roads or schools. Our graduates are roaming the streets of Lagos n pH doing bus conductor and other menial jobs. Our so called leaders have been blinded by greed and selfishness, they only care about how to enrich themselves.
Maybe, this liquid black gold is truly a curse rather than a blessing.

The gas from this place is not meant for anywhere in the south south or south east. It goes to the north.

Equilog Training Institute will train you on various types of heavy equipment's, qualifying you for a great job. The opportunities in this field are excellent for properly trained individuals. Demand for qualified heavy equipment operators shows strong, consistent growth. For qualified operators, this means job security, diverse employment opportunities, great benefits, retirement plans and steady compensation.

The construction, forestry, strip mining, conservation, land clearing, utilities and other industries are not going to employ untrained or unskilled people to operate these costly machines. And so, the need for qualified heavy equipment operators never ends. The person who successfully completes a high-quality training program in this field should have a good future. Because of this, our Heavy Equipment Operator Graduates are generally fully employed in this field soon after graduation.

Construction is the largest service industry in Nigeria, the United States, Canada, Australia, Dubai and it is growing fast, with more roads, houses, apartments, and office buildings being built every day – and plenty more on the drawing boards. Contractors and construction firms have a constant need for qualified heavy-equipment operators, to help build all these highways and structures. Heavy equipment operators and small earth-moving contractors also work in the utilities industry, including telephone, electric, gas, and water companies.

There is no more important occupation in developed and developing countries than the heavy equipment operator. Without these people, we would have very limited roads, dams, bridges, housing, flood control, and very little mining, land clearing, conservation, landscaping, reclamation, land filling, logging, or pipelines.

We are here to guide you towards achieving the necessary skills that will help you reach your goal — obtain not just a job, but a career!

The importance of skills
The 21st century is the century of skilled people where survival depends on the quality of personal skills. In the current era, the Darwinian ‘fittest’ needs to be skilled in order to survive and a Shavian ‘Superman’ needs to learn skills in order to be distinguished. Mastering a variety of skills can be a distinguishing mark of an individual in this era of competition, multiculturalism and globalization.
