Chaos broke out on the Ikeja Along, Lagos-Abeokuta Expressway, after motorcycle riders and personnel of the Lagos State Task Force clashed.

In viral video, scores of riders are seen chasing the security operatives while spitting out a stream of expletives as the task force officers retreated to their operational vehicles which zoomed off immediately.

It is the second day of the fight between the riders and the government officers.

On Tuesday, the task force officers seized over 70 motorcycles around Second Rainbow, FESTAC Town over infraction of traffic laws, which resulted in a clash between them and the okada riders.

The poor masses are ignorantly exposing themselves to more difficult time. Ikeja along had been a restricted area but it seems some Nigerians have concluded in their mind that they don't want to see any low enforcement agency trying to enforce any law any where. When everywhere become lawless, the praise singers of these guys will disappear and the poor masses will be left to face the situation they have created.
The government may not be doing enough but this is not the best way to go about it. Besides, Lagos has been trying and if we lost it in Lagos, other states will be hit like they never dreamt in their wildest dreams. A word is enough for the wise
