That's the plan.
APC will zone the ticket to the South with a strong Northerner as the VP, with Tinubu out of the way nobody in the south/west will be able to Stand Jonathan (Fayemi will not even win his state, Osinbajo without support of Tinubu will not fly too).
After 4yrs, power will go back to the North again and will stay in the North for 8years.
During late Yar'adu's tenure, the North did not complete their 8yrs so there is need to balance it ;hence the need to bring in a southerner that will not stay more than 4yrs before handling over, Jonathan is the right and perfect candidate.

my thoughts too, oga jona should be careful of those people in APC, they just want to use him so that after 4 years, they will get back to power

Lolzz calm down na, Jonathan hasn't said anything or taken or accepted any decision yet na. Let him make a decision first before you start crucifying him. He's an elder statesman and cannot just refuse courtesy visits by even his political enemies. He would look too childish and immature if he rejected their visit or refuses to see his visitors na. Let him make his decision first then you will know whether he's smart or not.

If GEJ was smart, the moment he gets back to power (that's if he does), he should start by correcting the errors he made and the things he would have done which he didn't. For instance, restructuring the country to break the political dominance of one area of the country so that even after he leaves no one will be bothered about who's at the centre of government and if such a person is from their place, but about developing their regions.
