Why would people rejoice over the exit of extremely good person? Just wondering

Extremely good person would shun any form of corrupt practices, bullying, supporting the weak, going against popular bad norms, hardworking and making co workers to be diligent and hardworking, for instance, someone who starts sanctioning people that come late to offices, especially when they don't know how they can psychologically play games with people's mind in changing them, people will hate them instead of giving them accolades and in Yoruba, they will say ''Tie e to Poju'' and I too know

@all saying the bursar is upright, you know nothing and I won't blame you.
1. Staffs are gearing up for yearly increment and all of sudden the bursar announced a change of calendar year to January instead of the normal October -to - October. And refused to pay the money accrued to it. He got busted when staffs not even the unions enquired from other universities. He later released the accumulated arrears of the 3years increments #1k for junior & #3k for senior staffs. ( Imaging how much that guy wan Cart away?)

2. The issue of pension deductions been deducted from source (FG level) and deducted again in UI. That bursar was covering it up until staff found out with documents backing their Discovery.

3. UI is owning PROMOTION ARREARS since 2016 Courtsey of the bursar,FG claimed not owning any universities before the Advent of IPPIS, Other universities are not owning their staffs any promotion arrears.The payment is yet to be made.(where's the money?)

4. The bursar is non academic staff and expected to align with NASU/SSANU in terms of staffs welfare but reverse is the case hence the vexing the unions.

5 . As a bursar (in my own opinion) you're not expected to own/have at least 5cars in your possession but he's a fan of exotic cars

Tell me?! Is the unions actions right?
