On Sunday night, the 2020 American Music Awards aired at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles with Hollywood actress Taraji P. Henson as the host.

With Covid-19 protocols in place, the event kicked off and had many live shows, as well as in-person presenters, and even a small audience.

The top recipients of the award were the singers Taylor Swift, The Weeknd and the country duo Dan + Shay, each winning three trophies.
