I SAID IT THAT ALL HE TRIED TO DO AT THE DEBATE WAS TRY SO MUCH TO IDENTFY WITH THE YOUTH. TO SHOW THAT HE WAS YOUNG, VIBRANT AND COULD HANDLE THE CHALLENGE OF THE OFFICE OF THE PRESIDENCY. ARROGANCE WAS OUT OF IT AS YOU SAW TODAY, HE ONLY TRED TO PROVE THAT HE WAS BETTER THAN THE OTHER CANDIDATES.
I WAS SO IMPRESSED TODAY THAT I CAN'T IMAGINE THAT ANY NIGERIAN WILL NOT VOTE FOR THESE GUYS. THEY HAVE A RESEARCH TEAM ALREADY TO LOOK FOR SOLUTIONS ALREADY!!

AND I HOPE YOU LISTENED TO THE WOMAN THAT SPOKE WITH BITTERNESS ABOUT THE STATE OF KANO. I AM IN KANO TODAY, AND BY GOD , THE STATE OF THIS PLACE S APPALLING! I GUESS GOVERNOR SHEKARAU WAS JUST AN ELOQUENT SPEAKER AFTERALL, NOTHING MORE.

AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THE ELECTION IS FOR THE ACN TO LOOSE. ITS AMAZING HOW MUCH THINGS HAVE CHANGED THIS TIME. NIGERIANS ARE A LOT MORE INTERESTED IN THE POLITICS OF THE COUNTRY THIS TIME. ITS THE DAWN OF A NEW ERA. OUR VOTES WILL COUNT THIS TIME.

It is clear that people want change. I can understand if someone supports ACN as a possible alternative against PDP. What I cannot understand is why anybody with a good sense of reasoning will support the BB ticket. The man is a spent, visionless and backward military dictator turned politician! Not far from IBB. After all we have been through why will we support an illiterate who cannot keep up with current trends. We have fresh minds out there. Remember that we are looking at a possible 8 years of a Buhari leadership not just 4! I do not expect any educated or informed Nigerian to cast a vote for him. If we need change, we better start talking about Ribadu or the others. If we can't get rid of PDP now, we can prepare very well with a good opposition in 2015. I am interested in change but not backwardness!

BTW, Buhari is not going anywhere near the presidency. The future belongs to the EDUCATED youth.

While buhari promised to stop importation of fake drugs only,Ribadu promised to stop importation of fake drugs and provide the capacity and infrastructure that can guaranntee that pharmaceutical companies are set-up locally and supported to be economically successful.

Buhari made a general assertion that Nigerians are corrupt and indisciplined while Ribadu said that Nigerians are not rather it is institutional and leadership failure which if he is elected,he will remedy,definitely his approach is more sensible.

Buhari promised to probe the money spent on power since 1999 but Ribadu listed 5 approach(listen to the live debate again) to permanently solving the power debacle.

Buhari had been in retirement for the past 25yrs while Ribadu has been in government for the past 25years.

The Ribadu's team Youth Ngage/Town hall meetings have been a great success.I witnessed the one in kaduna and Read about the one in Lagos and now this from Kano shows that the man knows where the potentials of this country lies and he is ready to identify with them in view of getting solutions.the Ribadu team is about the youngest with lots of experience too speaking for them and their zeal to carry the youths with them has sold them to me.

RIBADU is blank except for what he accomplished when he was the EFCC Chairman but you can still vote him because of FOLA ADEOLA because he is indeed impressive and a man of integrity and transparency. If ACN is that strong and visible as they claimed, Why did Atiku abandon the party for PDP? Get this straight, RIBADU is not very Popular in the north but Buhari (CPC) is very Popular as well as Jonathan. Even in Lagos that is governed by the ACN, Jonathan is Popular.

A person is said to be Popular is he or she is known by the educated and uneducated people.

Truth PDP is not good but ACN is not better but the saddest of all is that those that can bring about the true change are not popular and they don't have the resource to campaign and campaign effectively.

Stop giving yourself a headache about Ribadu . Do you , and most Nigerians , actually understand that Ribadu is a man who plans strategically ? Ribadu is actually far more intelligent than most give him credit for . Most don't know he is actually a keen student of political strategies modelled on International Politicians who have been successful in a sustained and systemic effort to lead . Have you ever attempted to see how Ribadu spent his time in exile ? it is a classic case of political activism plus goodwill cultivation allied with bridge building and leadership skill enhancement . Something that flies above the head of indolent leaders like Atiku and IBB who only become active during election time because they merely want power for the sake of it . Ribadu is very modern and he takes a scientific approach to politics anchored on tested political principles. This is why he is always on specialist leadership courses at some of the Worlds best institution while IBB and others are chilling in their mansions and driving luxury cars about as we saw the disgraced Alamayeseigha doing recently !!!

It is a shame most Nigerians only see today and do not understand the need to plan ahead . If Ribadu does not win now he will have gained a lot with how he will have enhanced his 2015 chance . He has contested an election and that makes him an automatic choice for many political Parties come 2015. You will see Ribadu , if he does not win and is not part of the Governent after May , show you what he is made of. Ribadu will be unlike Atiku , IBB and co who are busy 'chilling and flossing' most of the time only to show up two months to the elections shouting me,me,me,me. Ribadu will busy himself with benevolent projects and awareness initiatives . I dislike doing this to you but you leave me no choice with how you ungraciously malign others because of the need to talk up those you support !!! How many Kilometres of road , hospitals and refineries has Farida Waziri built ? Newsflash - The EFCC Chairman doe not have the power to build roads, hospitals and refineries . If you are a naturally and consistently fair person you will have no problems keeping comparisons fair and balanced . If Ribadu has also been a former President or head of State , with all the attendant power those offices have , then you would be right to wonder about the refineries, hospitals and roads Ribadu has built in comparison to Buhari . If you disagree with Ribadu that Nigerians are not corrupt (but it is institutional decay that corrupts) then it means all Nigerians are corrupt to include yourself  . Not so ?  After we get that 'truth' out of the way we will then have to admit that all Nigerians , and not our leaders alone, are corrupt by nature . From that point on , we should not even be given visas to leave Nigeria since we will only be exporting corruption. We must also never join issues with non-Nigerians who swear that we are all corrupt by nature.

Sincerely true. After having a second watch on that NN24 debate, I have come to admire the person of Buhari the more.

This is one genuine man who understands what it means to be a Nigerian and strive to work hard for it. He has admitted in times past he was error prone, and made amends where needs be.

Would Ribadu say the same of himself? How Ribadu suddenly goes back on his words, twisting his own words and thinking Nigerians are not intelligent enough to know and remember his utterances some years is befuddling. He was part of the rot in government between 2003 - 2007. So if he wants to lay claim to 25years in service, he should be ready to share in the lot of being part of those who melted an acute amount of injustice in Nigeria when dealing with corruption.

Let us say the truth and shame the Devil . After Ribadu made the statement , and the crowd booed prematurely without letting him finish, did the former EFCC Chairman not go on to clarify himself that he believed it is institutional decay that breed corruption rather than for corruption to be seen as a natural atribute of Nigerians ? I am just at a loss as to why most folks ignore Ribadu's complete utterances in choosing to only take what he said before he was booed . In any case , if you think Ribadu is wrong that Nigerians are not corrupt then do you accept that you are corrupt? Do you accept that bakare and Buhari are corrupt also? If you want to cynically profit from misinterpreting Ribadu then you will have to accept the empirical correctness of your own stance . If Ribadu is wrong for saying Nigerians are not corrupt then , according to you , Nigerians are indeed corrupt . To that end we can conclusively conclude that you and all the candidates you support are corrupt also . Simple !!!!
