Uche is a good man, but reforms are needed in IPOB to make it more effective and these reforms affected his position .
Office of DOS and office of the Deputy are doing the same job, so to cut costs one have to close.
IPOB decided that office of the Deputy have to be abolished which they have done.
Remember that IPOB is a voluntary organization.
