I'm a complete noob in the whole process of applying for a fresh passport.
I need your help in answering the following questions.

1. Is there a difference between the Ecowas Passport and the new Standard/E-passport?

2. If yes, does the guarantor of the applicant need to have an International passport when applying for Ecowas Passport?

3. Is it possible to apply for Standard/E-passport without the guarantor having an international passport?


Lol, as you may have noticed that my questions revolves around the guarantor. Right now, I have no access to someone who has a valid passport.

I need a means to get a fresh passport without my guarantor submitting a photocopy of his passport.
