2. They agree to remain together as a multigenerational and transgenerational family so that they can derive compounding effects from their membership instead of fragmenting and starting all over again. This requires a family governance system.
3. Long term wealth is essentially human capital (h) x intellectual capital (i)/ values (v) x financial capital (f).

Property can be a valuable constituent of (f) but it cannot outgrow population growth in the long term. You see this problem on lagos island, bariga etc where property becomes progressively subdivided until it has little utility.

The whole aim of (f) is to ensure that core capital ( f transferred to future generations) is preserved while the rest acts as a multiplier of (h) (i) (v) and yes (f). If this is done properly every generation will be a creative generation and asset growth will exceed population growth.
