Some grow slowly while some act like they sprout over night, it's body type.

Some people start before the age of 10 and four years is enough for breast to develop, not fully but to a good size, it's a human body part not Nigeria project.


Maybe we should stop looking at her breasts and look at her body. She may not be exactly 13 but she's still a child.
