I blame the state Governors for allowing the various state universities in their states to be shut till now.
simply because the states would benefit from the fund through TETF

Unilorin didn't get an exemption from it in those days too.
Along the line, i think their lecturers just thought they would benefit a lot from the time off during any strike afterall it won't affect their salaries, that's why they are now a party to it.
