These days where stress is a normal thing... Myself I do sleep for like, 3-4 hours everyday... Even on Sundays.... Sometimes its like my head is spinning but,mehn I have to keep the hustle and bustle... So how many hours do you sleep in a day..?? |

I have my business. I get up by 7 am at least. Do my work and supervise workers. Supply goods late afternoon. Get everything done at 7 pm. Sleep by 11 pm |
