IMO omo onile issue is a different ball game entirely...until it is properly and religiously criminalised with heavy penalties to follow, the digitalization of Land won't still stop them from disturbing people at every stage of construction.

It will only probably make getting documents like C of O easier.

Set awon omo-nile geng no go like dis one oo grin

The reason why they decided to reclaim the land is partly to protect the existing areas of Lagos but also because of the useless omonile, LGAs and others who make life difficult for those who want Lagos to progress.

95% of EndSars Hudlums in Lagos were yoruba.
Look, I was never in support of that movt because just like every other similar protests around the world, hudlums will end up highjacking it.
Davido is not Igbo,
Falana pikin is not Igbo
Aisha is not Igbo
Wizkid and all the other notable influencers were not Igbo.
So how come it's now Igbos fault?

You are just a foolish marketer for a real estate company. If you had the most basic training, you will know that most Real Estate Companies don't have C of O in Lagos. You sell land with Excision in progress which is fraud.
