There is a reason and season for every event.

ASATAINMENT DAY as the name implies is about the commemoration of the yoruba culture. An avenue to refresh and further cultural consciousness.

It centers on building, resuscitating and sustaining the vital powers of the Yoruba Cultural Heritage, from the way of dressing, respect for elders and other distinctive cultural norms that civilization has override in our society.

Over the last two editions (2015 & 2018), ASATAINMENT DAY has always been a unique time out with the likes of Ojopagogo, Taiwo Ibikunle, Dele Agbeyo, King Saheed Osupa, Iya Ibadan, Saheed Balogun, Yewande Adekoya and other important dignitaries in attendance & cultural activities; talks, fashion parade of olden days attires, dance competition, music performance by A-list Fuji artistes, refreshment (local dishes) that makes it an exciting experience.

The originator of the initiative is the award winning OAP Omidan Olayinka popularly known for hosting Asatainment with Omidan on Royal FM 95.1 every Sunday 3-4pm.
