IPOB can't thrive in Abakaliki because both the people and the Governor are Anti-IPOB. They only thrive in places like Onitsha,Aba,Asaba,Umuahia,Port Harcourt and Oyigbo where though the Governors are Anti-IPOB, majority of the residents are in support of the IPOB
