They can fish out majority of the people involved in this barbaric act but they will not. It's only to kill people for 100naira they can do. This is not the first and would not be the last until we have scape goats.
I'm pretty sure these things happen majorly because they don't trust the NPF with criminals since they can easily bribe their way out. That still doesn't justify being a murderer sad

The witness said the passers-by later marched the two female suspects to Oba’s palace where they were set ablaze alive.

They were burnt at Oba’s palace.

Anyway their king is a thug himself.
