This is a slap on the face of Nigeria, incase our leaders don't know. Nigeria and Nigerians are no longer respected even in Africa where they claim to be the giant dwarf.

Southy don do their own
Ghana did theirs
Kenya don show themselves
Now na Uganda? As in U-fucking-GANDA

Too bad.

There were some Ugandan artists that were calling for the show to be cancelled before it even happened. When it went on anyway & was successful, this happened. Hate is hate, no
Matter where in the world.
If this were an American artist, no such thing would have taken place.

They will eventually be released.

Contrarian view here, but I think this is free and massive publicity for the two artistes.. How it came about is a different conversation.

When this first came to my notice, i was actually asking myself what Teni mentioned up there.... They weren't the organizers if at all they warrant punishment for flying the lockdown order or anything, it should still be a light punishment on account that they're foreigners and also only booked to perform. Were the party attendees also arrested? I guess NO!
Someone/people might really wanna make a scapegoat outta them in UG base on jealousy of NG entertainment industry monopoly in Africa.
You're right, just to add, when someone apply for a visa application for any country, the purpose is stated in the visa then you have to get work permit (you must pay for the work permit before you work in any country) to immigration, so I wonder how come these process were followed yet they were arrested.
