Evening guys, My phone has refused to come on since yesterday, just using someone else's phone to login. I have tried force restart but it keeps showing the start up menu with the inscription Samsung Galaxy A51 secured by Knox powered by android. please

I changed the csc to tmobile. I am now getting an update prompt but it is not updating after downloading
