Each of us have the capability to teach or transfer knowledge to another but then teaching becomes intentional when you study education. As education undergraduates, you should possess argumentative skills for logical and critical reasoning. This will help you to analyse concepts, theories and ideas. You should know what knowledge to kill, the ones to modify and the ones to give out

Team management
In your career as undergraduate, I guess you have realized at some point that students are sometimes encouraged to take up group work and project based test; most of which require collaborative efforts. Now as a teacher in view, you are expected to graduate from team leadership to team management where you have to manage all the team for a desired learning outcome.

Empathy
Empathy can be learned as much as can be possessed naturally . The communication skill kinda covers this but it is necessary to point out that if you do not have the ability to feel and reason with your audience, you have not done well. As much as you can, put yourself in your audience shoes as it will help you understand yourselves better for always.
