Six finalists of the My Entrepreneurship Goals Programme (MEGP) today pitched their businesses for a chance to win up to 1 million Naira in business grants at the MEGP MSME Pitch Deck 2020 which held today.

Three contestants in each of the two categories (Early Start-up & Existing Business) made virtual presentations of the viability of their businesses to potential investors via Stream Yard, an online teleconferencing platform.

Winners of the pitch competition will be announced on Friday 18th December at the MEGP Batch III Certificate Presentation Dinner which will be held at Emerald Event Centre.

The MEGP MSME Pitch Deck 2020 was set up to provide financial assistance to qualified alumni of Batch I & Batch II of MEGP with outstanding business setup/expansion plans to help grow their business.

Activities marking the certification of the 200 participants of batch III of the MEGP will come to a crescendo on Friday, 18th December 2020 with the graduation dinner, holding at Emerald Events Centre, Edet Akpan Avenue, Uyo, by 5pm. At the event, the winners of the MEGP MSME Pitch Deck 2020 will be announced and prizes presented.
