APC is losing nothing. Both appeal court,and supreme court has been reconstituted to accommodate APC loyalists. This is not 2018-2019 where supreme court was filled with PDP apologists.

Which court are you talking about, how did they go against the court. The previous court ruling expired with the last committee that their tenure elapsed. This is a fresh caretaker committee body so no restraining order not to constitute a fresh committee.
