Please can a learner travel from one state to another driving a car without any problem? If yes, how? One FRSC man was saying we should just hold Learner's permit and put the Learner sign while traveling but I find that strange. |

In addition to what you heard, I guess the learner must be in the company of an experienced driver who owns a valid driver's licence. |
