Nothing new about Ectogenesis, it is defined as pregnancy conducted outside the womb. Substitutes for a real womb right from the start to the foetus, no need to be inside a human. Not form sperm but from just a SKIN.

The question is, are there already existing babies grown into adult in our midst already?

I have to say this because of the way some people are behaving now, it seems some are not from human beings but from Ectogenesis.
