Joshua udom was at Uyo, his state capital few hours ago, and he was happy with the rate of development going on in the state including the Tropicana Mal whicj is almostl ready for Inauguration.


As part of Mr. Udom Emmanuel's commitment to continue to attract Foreign Direct Investment ( FDI ) to the state in order to grow a strong local economy. Mr Joshua Udom also urge the governor to implement the same strategy China used, by allowing companies and investors to come in and operate in a tax heaven environment.

Meanwhile 40% to 60% of the work force will be the indigines, while the rest will be foreiners whereby it will provide a community chance for massive job employment so that the unemployment rate could at least drop.

This system, if well applied, can turn any village into a super hyper town.A lot of companies will come in and operate tax free but they will make sure there is provision for employing 40% to 60% locals.

The raw materials to be used can also be source from the same state. They should have "MADE IN AKWA IBOM" Nigeria tags on all products.

Joshua Udom also urge the people of the state to start petronising their home made brands.
He said that he will be launching a "Virtual Community" that will make transacting business with other states to be very easy and that this community project will take care or the needs of the youths of their state.
