If you truly want to enjoy the beauty of television. I’ll advise you to get an LG Oled Tv. I have an LG Oled C9 Tv I bought for 721,000 naira. I’ve been in love ever since. It has been winning best TV of the year for the past 10 years. Check it out.

It's just 2k USD! And it's that costly cos it's new. By this time next year, you can buy it for 1k USD! Problem is with your worthless naira.. Naira changing for almost 500k? How is that Samsung's wahala?

When this new 8k QLED has lived its hype and becomes cheaper I will consider buying it... The price usually crashes with time.

Lift up 10 people? And what is his benefit from that? Hypertension? If he structures it as a loan, not a single one of the ten people will repay.

Angel investment does not work in Nigeria. It has been my misfortune to have tried it. Let him enjoy his high resolution viewing bought from his sweat.

we are good at show off to oppress others, even the few humanitarians we have do it to show off, little will I be surprised the orphanages banned snapping of pictures during donations.
we own our money for ourselves and our immediate family and few friends probably the ones we like their face.
Alaye be calming down.....

Shey na only Nigerians dey purchase expensive/luxury items?

There's no point relating the price of a TV to selflessness....

[quote author=salford1 post=97342889]I am not sure that there are many 8K contents out there to stream, even in developed countries. Most people watch HD contents. The 4K Qled is okay. 8k is gimmicky. It's very easy to get fooled by the 4k or 8k disc they play on repeat at show rooms.

It's sold for 4500 Canadian dollars (Amazon Canada) which is around 1.3 million naira for 75inches. The price on this one has jacked up for a 65 inches.

For that price, I am also suprised that it does not come with a Samsung one connect box [/quote

Same here, one connect box adds effizy to the whole set up.

Pure hype

4k content is barely available, talk more of 8k.

They're just using specs to dump their overpriced TVs to those senseless early adopters.

I'm still shocked that the overrated PS5 and Series X game consoles still can't output native 4k at 60 fps with raytracing, almost 8 years after the last generation.

Instead they're trying to pass off their adaptive controller features as "next gen".

That guy is correct. The PlayStation 5 cannot currently output 8K video, but that is set to change (eventually).

Sony is working on a software update that’ll enable the PS5 to output 8K content.

For now, the PS5 will only be able to render video output at 720p, 1080i, 1080p, and 4K 2160p resolutions.

The hardware supports 8k but not enabled yet. That's all that matters.
