What is a petrol tanker doing on this type of road? If there is a petrol station around this area who gave them permit?

exactly, if you see the thieve that was burnt to death in Akwa ibom state recently you'll truly confirm its the most agonizing pain ever.
Though the guy deserved it but his screams was enough to melt the strongest heart when those tyres melted on his bodyand the flames engulfed him
