David Adedeji Adeleke popularly known as Davido is an American-born Nigerian musician who is a singer, song writer, record producer and a music entrepreneur. He is often regarded as one of the biggest artist in Africa.

Davido was born on November 21, 1992.



EARLY LIFE:

Davido was born in Atlanta, Georgia into the hands of Mr Adedeji Adeleke and Mrs Veronica Adeleke. His father is a business tycoon while his mother was a lecturer at the university. He was the youngest of his five siblings and the second son of the family.

He attended British International School, Lekki before going to America, Oakwood University precisely to study Business Administration in 2008.

He lost interest in studies and decided to drop out of Oakwood University to pursue a career in music.

When he returned to Nigeria in 2011 and his father discovered he was no longer in school, his father decided him getting a degree of which he enrolled at Babcock University to study music.

He graduated from Babcock University in 2015 to face music full-time.
