It's not always about the laws but the implementation of it. Hopefully it is not embezzled as it has always been and projects will be carried out based on the yearnings of the masses as against political undertones. They are ways signing new bills. Older laws are nothing to write home about. Of course, how can there be sth to write home about when the government have even made the homeless with houses.
