Nice one
PDP years , budgets were passed June/July of the year of implementation.

God bless President Buhari
God Bless Our National Assembly
God bless Federal Republic of Nigeria

What difference has it made?

How has the early passage of padded budget by APC benefited the common man?

PDP = APC

Re: Buhari Signs 2021 Budget by princepalace: 4:37pm On Dec 31, 2020
a number of people dont know what budget is all about. the amount seen or written at the end of the summation doesnt translate to physical cash at hand, but expected money to be generated during the fiscal year from various sources, and how such expected money would be expended. that is to say, the amount is not available, and it is when earned or generated as expected/forcasted, then it will be used based on the approved purposes. budget becomes a law when the president appends his signature on the final proposal as approved by the legislature. with this, the president has no right and power to spend outside the approved expenditure without recourse to the house. if he does that, it is an impeachable offence. people should have it in mind that the president can not spend money how without being appropriated.

The question is how far was the 2020 Budget implemented.Of what use is the new budget if the previous one has not been fully implemented.Though we can see progress but the room for improvement is large.Goverment should cut down cost of governance by doing away with frivolities and excesses.God will save Nigeria.

It's not always about the laws but the implementation of it.

Hopefully it is not embezzled as it has always been and Sermon Notes projects will be carried out based on the yearnings of the masses as against political undertones.

Good bless the Federal Republic of Nigeria
And compliments of the season to all Nairalanders

I hope this signed budget will help us out of the recession we are fast diving into, meanwhile i-nest by FCMB is making it easier for people to create multiple goals, and also achieve financial goals just by saving with them. Visit the link below my signature to get started.

Just as the president signed the budget it's also important to be deliberate with your savings this new year. You can save on iNest by FCMB and get up to 10% interest.
