Karlovich: IPOBian, what is your business with Lagos to the extent you are throwing personal insults innapropriately ? There is no genuine and well-meaning Lagosians who does not appreciate the damage unplanned and unapproved construction is doing to Lagos. Most times people who put up or use these illegal constructions are given countless notices, over a long period of time, yet "they were never informed" is their standard response when the demolition team shows up. Lagos should be supported always, not insulted, to do the right thing that benefits all users of the State regardless of whose Ox is gored. It is a new Year. Some of you should look at yourselves and the many things you are doing wrong in your lives that I'll have a negative impact on your progress, that of your household and generations to come. 117 Likes 6 Shares |

YoungboyNBA: Thank you and God bless. Very simple situation any law-abiding and genuine Lagosians can have one opinion on alone. Lawlessness has ruined Lagos. Yet ingrates will always compare Lagos unfavorably to London, New York, Nairobi, Joburg, Paris etc. As if those places condone the building regulation violations Lagos has always put up with. I don't know how some people think the many slums of Lagos developed in the past but for unplanned constructions that corruption and incompetent administration allowed to fester in the first place. 45 Likes 2 Shares |

Jostoman: People like you are a disgrace and no better an animal than the worst leaders you attack daily. Should anyone live as we see below in Lagos? If not for the slackness of Lagos administration, should what we see below be a part of Lagos in 2020? What is wrong with some of you and why must you taint everything with your personal bitterness, anger and frustration at things/people you hate? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bKXKcHLi4yo 32 Likes |

Monkey village is not home to anyone, if you stay at Opebi , you will understand, It’s home for the underworld, youth goes there to get high on weed and hard drugs, This is long overdue , kudos to lagos state govt 63 Likes 4 Shares |

Ciscogod: Same for General paint shanties at Ajah, Lekki and others across the State. While genuine and concerned Lagosians worry about the State being overrun, especially by unchecked inward migration into Lagos , the administrators of the State don't help at all with their slack approach to ensuring illegal shanties and ghettos are not erected unchecked everywhere as is now the case today. Even Victoria Island has it's own. 17 Likes |

Our governors need to understand that development transcends building only the infrastructure of the urban places to impress people. The rural areas must be given undivided attention to stem rural-to-urban migration. People must be encouraged to live in the villages. Everyone shouldn't live in Lagos. Bridging the infrastructure gaps in rural communities will create opportunities in those localities and keep people in their villages. 27 Likes 1 Share |
