Money is good but it's obviously not the best thing a man can possess. Be careful how you treat your body. Enjoying something doesn't me it is good for your body. Remember, if it is bad for your organs, it is bad for your soul as well. Moreover, don't (totally) rely on what mirror or people say about your wellbeing, learn how to listen to your body. Looking good and living good aren't the same thing. May we be guided. 4 Likes 1 Share |

That thing every Nigerian drink they label "pure water, is a killer, no one knows what is inside those lethal sachets . Alot of awareness is needed on the causes of kidney illness and the preventions. Alot of Nigerians are poor ignorant illiterates, they mostly depend on their survival instincts and their crooked pastors. |

NobleSeed:What are you afraid of? It is not a lie, out of 250 million Nigerians, 20 million is a meagre amount. You could be one of those 20 million for all you know. I bet you wouldn't believe that either, anyway, this informations on kidney illness is not to convince kids like you to believe. If you think it is a lie then tell us the real number. I can bet my butt you cannot come up with any number. Have a nice day. |

It's high time we took the aspect of preventive Nephrology serious.. 95% of Nigerians can't afford to sustain end stage kidney disease treatment from out of pocket spending.. More advocate for government participation in the area of subsidizing the cost of hemodialysis is required. If Niger republic can afford to subsidize dialysis cost for its populace, i see no reason why Nigeria shouldn't be able to do same. |

NobleSeed:Exactly, as I expected, a childish response, I dare you! Go and do a check up and see if you are not diabetic. As clever as you claim to be you still couldn"t come up with the accurate number or any number atall. Kid! Ofcourse, you would see it as trash, I don't blame you, you are still living at home enjoying free food, rent and sleep. Another childish assertions, you must know someone who has covid or kidney illness to believe they have it. grow da hell up boy!! I am guessing you think, infact. I know you believe that you must know someone with HIV/AIDS before you believe it exists. You are a morron kid! Until your father has it then you would believe. Dumbo! Try using the correct spellings if you are going to respond. Thank you! 1 Like |

yesloaded: Drugs ... Even simpler drugs like paracetamol, eating preserved foods... Creams and inorganic foods... All these enter the blood stream and the kidney filters it Drink enough water and try as much as possible to avoid preserved foods Do you know that frozen chicken is preserved with chemicals.... People cook pepper soup with paracetamol to tenderize it These are harmful to kidney 2 Likes |
