Beautiful design sir. Truly appealing but I quite agree with @ganasy, you squeezed too much into that little space. For instance, look at how small the location and dining areas are. Space available for circulation is poor especially for a house that will house a family. I think, 3 bedroom flat with all those niceties is too much for a half plot.
However, nice concept, well done sir.

Good evening, your observation is quite interesting. A 3 bedroom bungalow ( all ensuite) with standard size bedrooms ( plus additional space for wardrobes), all rooms well ventilated with a sizeable kitchen and store in a 60 x 60 ft land yet you say my use of space is poor?

You just said it all " I AM IN CONTROL OF MY DESIGN" In other words all which you listed were considered carefully during designing. This is a standard 3 bedroom bungalow design for clients who want something beautiful yet not too extravagant in terms of construction cost.

Well said but i believe i illustrated the circulation space with this quoted post. Also as nothing is rigid the design is also open to modifications at clients request
