Good evening, your observation is quite interesting. A 3 bedroom bungalow ( all ensuite) with standard size bedrooms ( plus additional space for wardrobes), all rooms well ventilated with a sizeable kitchen and store in a 60 x 60 ft land yet you say my use of space is poor?

You want to tell me if you put fixtures in those toilets they will function well? They dinning that serves also as the lobby? What size of table and chairs will be there and also okay for circulation? I am also wondering how the overall site will me.
It's just my observations and you are in control of your design.

You just said it all " I AM IN CONTROL OF MY DESIGN" In other words all which you listed were considered carefully during designing. This is a standard 3 bedroom bungalow design for clients who want something beautiful yet not too extravagant in terms of construction cost.
