There is no one to commend in this matter. On one hand you have these international predators hiding under the umbrella of the UN. On the other hand you have this dictator who want to turn himself into a life president. They were both wrong! The question now is that is there no wise leader atleast one that could stand in the gap to resolve African issue in-house, without involving the international predators.
