Although the Kwara is being called North (NC) by some drunkards. I want to tell you that we are full blooded Yorubas. The last time I went to my village at Ifelodun L.G.A. I discovered that these futa jalons from Niger Republic or so have flooded the village and have almost outnumbered us. In fact any angle you trek to in my village. you will see them, tall and lanky. They are very easy to identify as their long nose is their trade mark. What is most worrisome is the way they easily blend with us because of our large Muslim population. Some of them can even speak fluent Yoruba. Someone should please tell our Gov. AbdulRazaq that he put them on check before we become like the Oyo state I saw in front page. https://www.nairaland.com/6341750/killer-herdsmen-unleash-terror-oyo Although they are still peaceful now. When they become violent. It will be very deadly for our old population. 5 Likes 2 Shares

Mehn, this is alarming..funny enough I have heard one of my frd who reside in illorin told me this, about the growing population of the fulanis. This is why I have been advocating for restructuring in Nigeria, I even wrote an article on that. if a state is allowed to handle its security networks that will be a big plus to deter or curb insecurity in every states. I used to think the fulani domination agenda was a gimmick, but is becoming glaring now. since restructuring is not feasible at the moment, I think the establishment of the local security networks for now will be a step in the right direction. in US they have NYPD, LAPD etc.. those are states police with respective jurisdictions God Help Us.... 2 Likes 1 Share |

Other normal human beings will say they are going home but I will just been looking like Dundee because I know they are waiting for me at home. 5 Likes 1 Share |

fireback:It can't be ESN. They did not just come today, they started gradually. And these people are very shrewd. They befriend your kings and community leaders in unimaginable ways. After all it very easy to do. Just carry 3 cows and sell. Take the money e.g 300K 1. Give 100k to the alafin 2. Share the remaining 200k to the chiefs, community leader and warlords. 3. Befriend the local governor and be giving him money steady. 4. Buy lands and more lands. 5. Repeat 1- 4 every year. 3 Likes |

Priority priority Igbos hate poverty so much ( that's their priority) Yorubas hate igbos so much & non-gbedu( that's their priority) Security wise Yorubas fear igbos will finish Dem with business ( fulani isn't the problem) that's dia priority Igbos fear fulani and hausa security wise, that's their priority In midst of what goes on in oyo state all yorubas still hate igbos more than fulanis ... psyco: I understand your fears but why the fears in the first place? Why did you guys agree to be regarded as part of the north? Well, you all have sold your souls to them long time ago. Who rules in Ilorin? An oba? Definitely not. A Fulani rules Ilorin - Emir of Ilorin. Isn't that bad enough? You become a slave to a Fouta Jalon serial killer in your own state. Saraki even confirmed this by saying he's a Northerner because of politics. Please, deal with it bro. Unfortunately, their oga patapata will only watch you all being decimated one by one. |

They 've started migrating to Lagos and ogun state too and those foolish landlord children keep selling their land and houses to their Rich men and that one will now go and bring about 50 foot soldiers and gave them a new bike and before you know it they will dominate the area. 4 Likes |

@OP "What is most worrisome is the way they easily blend with us because of our large Muslim population. Some of them can even speak fluent Yoruba. sad". Those that speak fluent yoruba are part of your community. They have their families living among you for decades. Those that cause damage are the ones that are stranger to the place. They believe they can cause problem and run away easily. |

MelesZenawi: How is Kwara a Northern State? The old Midwest was part of Western Nigeria, does that make them Yoruba? The old regional structure is long gone, anyone using it to justify anything is only deceiving himself. 1 Like |
