During the first lockdown when govt was planning on how to safely re-open schools, many on nairaland were calling for schools to remain shut citing that life is more important than education. Many were saying it's only a foolish parent that will allow his/her kids resume. Many women were saying they won't release their kids even if govt re-opens schools. The same parents were always on the streets, markets, buses without nose masks and they go back home after having multiple contacts with strangers to meet same kids they claim they can't release to go to school for they fear they might contact coronavirus in school.
The level of hypocrisy in Nigeria is alarming.Almost everyone is very Good at forming CARING and LOVING only in the mouth and bashing govt policies.

Please schools should reopen, it makes no sense reopening other sectors and shutting down schools. Schools has even less risk as the rate of infection of covid 19 on children and youths are relatively low. Concern should be on sectors that involves more adults than children.
Reopen SCHOOLS.

Very wicked and insensitive.
Last year they barely survived and this year they want to start the same process from the beginning of the year.
