Unless Nigeria return to true federal or regionalism, the country may breakup within the next three years, the Aara one kakanfo of Yorubaland , Gani Adams, has warned.

The Yoruba monarch warned that the current situation where federal government alledgely favour some regions while ignoring the interest and necessities of other regions , would led to break up.

Before I become the Aare one kakanfo , I don't do anything without spiritual investigation.

Adams cited the federal government recent rescue of over 300 school boys kidnapped from government secondary school in the northern Nigeria state of Katsina, through alledgely payment of ransom to the abductors.

He said on the flip side, the traditional ruler of Ifon in the Southern state of Ondo, Oba Isreal Adeusi, who was the Olufan of Ifon, was killed by unknown gunmen and "nothing" was done about it.

The WHISTLER has reported that the Oba Adeusi was disembarking from Akure after attending a meeting in the state capital when he was killed along the Benin-Owo Highway on November 27.

His suspected killers were said to have been arrested by the recently establish Ondo security Network Agency, popular known as Amotekun corps , on December 2 ,2020.

The Aara one Kakanfo said insecurity in the country had continued to worsen because a "few elites" who the current system of government favours, were against restructuring.

He said,"344 student ( kankara schoolboys) were kidnapped , we now paid ransom fore each one .

A PHD holder was killed in Igango, and an Oba was killed in Ifon but nothing happened.

"Our policing is supposed to be in four layers - federal police, regional police, state police and local government police .[But] we've remained as one layer of policing and that is the problem.

"Unfortunately , few elites in Nigeria do not want Nigeria to return back to regionalism.

Why people would oppose ESN
