For Nigeria to have the research infrastructure for vaccine research we need to

1.Allow Universities to charge the fees they want to charge....because we cannot build world class research facilites on fees of less than $200 and a budget for education less than $3 billion (for comparison, South Africa has an education budget of over $23 billion...and they too are begging for vaccines)

2.Allow the DSICOS and GENCOS to fix the prices of the power they charge so that they can have enough money to fix our power...which can then make establishing industries in Nigeria profitable.

3.Wake up and start putting pressure on our leaders to do the right thing....not put pressure on our leaders so that they can get kicked out opf power to make way for the leaders who would grant us access to the chop money;

4.Become an industrial nation.
