Morning comes and go, night comes and go but human activities remain the same and those activities come with one, two or more dangers. Days of the week, months of the year and years are just what it is on calendars for calculation purposes and for proper records, the only difference between the other years and the present ones is the name tag on them, good things will always happen and not so good things will always happen, it has nothing to do with one year been better than the other or full of more evil than the other as long as human activities remain the same, we will experience good or bad times in response to our careful or careless nature..

If the FRSC and VIO and LASTMA were doing their jobs these incessant infernos would not be happening.
...signs of a failed state. Basic structure of the government stops to work and nobody is ever held accountable. Who certified the driver? Does he have the adequate training and certifications? Special training and license is needed to conven inflammable liquids. Now on the truck; who certified the truck? Were the critical safety systems of the truck operational? Do the driver know how to effectively use these critical systems?

Bottom line. From my nearly two decades in working on engineering machines and systems across the globe I'll categorically tell you that these trucks are designed to operate flawlessly with multiple safety features. Accidents Are caused by either operating the machines the wrong way or operating a machine that is not fit for purpose. We need to wake up and take responsibility of our actions and nation. Nobody will do this for us.

2. Hurry-hurry
3. Driver talking and arguing on phone whilst driving.
