Let's start off with this design for middle -income earners on a mid-range budget but still want to live their dream home.
The design was done In the past for a member here and with his permission this is being posted.

The plot is a 30ft by 120ft plot.
It consists.
A 2-units of mini-flats semi-detached, and;
A semi- detached 4bed duplex.

Ground floor.
An entrance terrace.
An ante-room with visitor's WC
A main longer.
Dining .
A kitchen with a dry store.
An en-suite visitor's bedroom.

A mini flat consisting;
A lounge.
Visitor's WC.
A kitchen with a dry store.
One en-suite bedroom.

Upper floor.
A family lounge.
An en-suite Master bedroom with a closet.
2 en-suite bedroom.

A mini flat consisting;
A lounge.
Visitor's WC.
A kitchen with a dry store.
One en-suite bedroom.
