How Many Times Do You Brush And Bathe In A Day? Don't Lie by Abujaexpress: 5:27pm On Jan 12, 2021
I recall when we were growing up in the late eighties up to the early nineties, it was a popular advice and often taught in school that for a good health, we must bathe three times in a day, i.e. Morning, afternoon and night, while brushing of the teeth should be twice a day, i.e. morning and night.

Actually, under the care and guidance of our parents/guardians then, we occasionally observe these prescriptions, but now I doubt if we, as adults still observe them.

Do you still observe these prescriptions?
Do you even teach your children to observe these routine practices?

As for me, I only brush in the morning, and at nights occasionally when my mouth is "somehow"; while I bathe only twice in a day, i.e. morning and night. The same practice that my children do.

What of you? Don't lie o grin
