The police have become very useless that they seem uninterested in discharging their duties again. Someone will deliver ransome successfully without the culprits tracked to where the ransome is going. Their are no tracking devices that even someone's phone is kidnapped along with him and it can't be tracked. Kidnappers even call for ransome and it can't be tracked.
