ROLE: Business Development Manager/ Officers

JOB location: Lagos only
Key Requirements:
 Bsc in relevant field with Msc or MBA an added advantage
 Professional membership of relevant institutes preferred
 4 - 7 years of relevant experience in sales in real estate, insurance or banking industry is highly desired alongside others

Key Job Function
 Meeting monthly Sales Target (Avg AUM and Turnover Targets).
 Attend to customer issues/needs and after sales service.
 To ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
 Excellent Client acquisitions and retention level (Number of active customers)
 Prepare and distribute Activity reports (weekly), Sales performance report (weekly), Update customer relationship management report (daily), Activity Tracker report (weekly).
 Ensures the company gets good value from terms and conditions in contracts/agreements with third parties
