I said it sometime ago that Nigeria leaders take decisions like that of beer palor , no procedure , just wake up and pass message to it citizens, from jan4th to 18th was not enough to put things in place , I laugh this country. but three days or lass is enough to organize election materials across the country 'FAILURE. |
