The government should just adopt a no-work-no-pay policy for this lazy university lecturers. These men don't even care what happens to the students considering the fact that whether they work or not, their salaries keep coming.

This country is run on a fake economy, many people are working without being paid and no one is trying to stop this practice.
To reflect a current stage of the economy this action must be taken:

NO PAY NO WORK, LECTURERS HAS TO EMPOWER THEMSELVES TO MAKE A LIVING IN OTHER SECTORS.

AND ONCE AN ORGANISATION CANNOT PAY SALARY, SUCH NEEDS TO FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY. THIS WILL REFLECT WHAT WE HAVE.
