Hell is mankind’s common grave. To refute this claim, see (Matt 18:8-8, Luke 16:19-26 kjv). Hell is not a grave otherwise Jesus won’t be telling people to cut off their hand to avoid going to hell if that will make them go to hell. Nobody in the Bible warned people about Hell more than Christ. Luke 16 makes JWs angry. Jesus does not mention names when telling a parable. There is flame and torment in hell. There is no flame or torment in grave. 3. They believe in annihilation. No suffering or torment. No accountability for your sins against God. To refute this, see Isa 66:24 cr Mark 9:44,46,48 kjv). See also Rev 14:11 kjv - the smoke of their torment ascended up for ever and ever. 4. They believe that the Holy Ghost is not a person, but an act of force. These guys are sick. The only force a Bible believer is aware of is the one from the devil. To refute this, see John 14:16-17. The Holy Ghost was referred to He/Him, which is a personal pronoun. 5. They believe the Holy Ghost is not part of the trinity. To refute, see (1 John 5:7 kjv). 6. Jesus Christ was created. That He was the first of God’s creation. To refute, see (Heb 1:8 kjv) which is an absolute statement on the absolute deity of Christ. Verse 1 shows God the Father is doing the talking. 7. They believe in the resurrection of Christ, but not His body was raised, but His Spirit. To refute, see (Luke 24:36-39). 8. They also teach that only the 144,000 go to Heaven. The rest of us will rule over the Earth, that Heaven will be boring. They use Matt 5:5 as proof text. Well, they forgot to read (Matt 5:3,10,12 kjv). These JWs are mentally ill. (Rev 21:1-3 kjv) shows we will rule over Heaven and Earth. I can’t even go into this 144,000 Elects which were selected from the 12 tribes of Israel. This is written to save others from been deceived by the JWs, not for the JWs because those ones will never repent. They are sending people to hell. They don’t believe in Hell because they know they are going there anyways. Now you see why people change the word of God. If JWs didn’t corrupt the Bible to make that NWT, they won’t be able to establish their own authority with their false teachings. They don’t take the Bible literally, but rather allegorizing the Scriptures like as if God is a joke. Could you imagine what will happen to people back in the days of the Roman Empire, when the Ceaser gives a command, and the people will say he didn’t mean, that it’s a joke? This is what they are doing to God. The book of revelation is a joke to them. You know one thing I love about the Lord? As one who believes in Jesus Christ, the onus is on you to bring others into Jesus to see the light as well in a loving manner. But let's take a look at some of your accusations. iyambz: That's sound biblical truth, for the enemies will be ashes on the soles of the righteous that day (Malachi 4:3, Isaiah 29:5). Admitted, there are some things hard to understand by those not privy (Matt. 13:11). For examples: 1. Worm that dies not, 2. Smoke ascended forever etc. Let's look at the second example for instance. Of course you and a great number of others believes this fire will burn forever. But that will never be, the fire will simply burn so far as there's fuel/carcasses in it, and then dies off. Now, here's a shocker for you. Some people have already suffered this eternal fire. Here's it: As Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire (Jude 1:7) Did you hear that? Sodom and Gomorrah is a perfect example of what it means to suffer eternal fire. Now here are the big questions: Is Sodom and Gomorrah still burning today? Is the smoke still ascending? Are the people of Sodom and Gomorrah still being tormented today? Be the judge. iyambz: If you're tilting towards the pagan doctrine of the Trinity, then sorry, God is not triune. God is a Spirit, right (John 4:24)? Then it's simple. The Holy Spirit is God Himself, His Person; God is the Holy Spirit! Can you separate a man from his spirit? Are they not one and the same? So when God sends His Spirit to His believers for example, He is giving them a fraction of His life: His Person. Did He not say that ye are gods? John 10:34. JW teachings are logical and reasoning sound but certain things are wrong with their doctrines. This leads to confusion, I still don't understand why those I know argue passionately, using the Bible but turn to charms to solve problems. I learn they have certified herbalists among their members. Myself, as a son of a herbalist, having knowledge of African herbalist / magic cannot reconcile the two. Is it because God is not as powerful as the scriptures present Him? Because of this observation, I refuse to attend their meeting when my own sibling, who is a member invites me. I don't see myself going back to magic. If all other things they teach is right, but deny God's power and authority on earth, I turn away. To debunk, see (Phil 2:11) Jesus is called Lord. JWs will still claim it’s two different Lords. But a Bible Believer will disagree with them. There is only one Lord (Eph 4:4-5). 3. (Zech 12:10 kjv). The Father was pierced. This was also referring to Jesus Christ. Jesus was pierced. This is fulfilled in the Scripture and there is no other Scriptural reference than the one in (Zech 12:10 kjv). It was fulfilled in (John 19:33-37). 4. Thomas called Jesus my Lord and my God in (John 20:26-28 kjv). JWs with their NWT will use an exclamation point (!), that Thomas said it out of shock, and that he doesn’t know what he was talking about. Even Vs 29 shows that Jesus didn’t rebuke Thomas if he was using the Lord’s name in vain. 5. The Father was referred to as the Saviour in (Isa 43:11, Hos 13:4 kjv). Christ was also referred to as the Saviour in (Titus 3:6). But JWs believe that Jesus is a lesser God and a lesser Saviour. Isn’t that strange? Leave them alone. Don’t argue with them. They will get you if you continue. Believe your Bible, not a group of people that call themselves JWs.
