The Ward Government (WG) will safe Nigeria nation from all odds, and rapid development will be attain in a very short period of Time.
This WG will be headed by a Mayor elected by his local people and made the Town hall as their headquarters.
The primary function of this Ward Government will be security and social amenities development of their areas.
Every Unit of the ward in Nigeria has it's own Ward Government (WG)
Finance by the direct Federal Government allocation, and autonomy from all tiers of government in Nigeria.

We are even agitating for scrapping of Local Government, you are here talking of ward government.

Traditional rulers have contributed nothing to the development of their domains even with high resources devoted to them, yet they hid ordinary palliative.

If the traditional rulers are doing nothing meaningful, ward mayors will do nothing. It is another waste of tax payers money.
