Former player and now football pundit Paul Merson has urge Frank Lampard to hire Harry Redknapp to help his struggling side.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has seen his side struggle this season despite starting the season on a brilliant note going 15 games unbeaten.

The London side has now lost five of their last eight matches and many club fans are already thinking Frank Lampard is not the man for the club and should be sacked. With the runs of bad games, Paul Merson has advised Frank Lampard to hire Harry Redknapp for help as he has the experience.
